as much as $25,000. However, Covenant offers a complete EIFS design service that enables you to see exactly
what your finished renovation will look like before the first penny is spend on the exterior. Our average EIFS
engineering design is less than $5,000 and if you decide to have us do the renovation, we'll refund that cost from
the cost of the construction.

Second, the actual cost of the EIFS system depends on the complexity of the design. However, a general rule of thumb is $10 per square foot. This will decrease if the design is simply. It may increase if the design is complex.
